Every rescue deserves a great first impression. The same studio, lighting, and direction behind Off Leash, given to shelter and rescue animals across Canada and the United States — free for the rescue, funded by sponsors. A proper portrait gets an animal seen, and gets it home faster.
All three work the same way: I email you a gallery of the whole shoot at the end of the day, you heart the ones you love, and only those get hand-edited. The difference is how many you keep. Tier 1 ($700): 40 min, 15 images. Tier 2 ($1,000): 1 hr, 25 images. Tier 3 ($1,500): 1 hr, 35 images, cheaper extras at $25 apiece, plus every RAW image from your session (2,000–4,000 frames) kept online forever.
Yes. Your tier price covers the session and your hand-edited digital images. Framed wall art is separate — tell me the wall you have in mind and I'll help you pick the image and the size for it.
A 50% deposit reserves your session. The balance is due on the day of your shoot: cash, e-transfer, or PayPal.
At the end of the shoot day, I email you a gallery of the whole session — every tier, no waiting. You heart the ones you love from the couch that evening, and I edit those within a few days. Tier 3 also keeps every RAW frame from your session online forever.
Your deposit holds your spot and is non-refundable, but life happens. Give me at least 48 hours' notice and I'll gladly move you to another date. Sessions are in-studio, so weather won't get in the way.
Yes, bring the whole crew. There's a small add-on for each extra dog. Just let me know when you get in touch.
Nope, take your time. I email you the gallery at the end of the shoot day and you heart your picks from there, at your own pace. The editing starts once you've picked.
The treats your dog loves most (something to lick, plus small treats for tossing) and any optional props like a well-loved toy, a bandana, or a special outfit.
Totally normal. No perfect behavior required. I work fast and at your dog's pace, keep it calm, and photograph their real personality. The imperfect, in-between moments are usually the best ones.
In the studio it's a safe, enclosed space, so your dog can be fully off leash. Any time a leash is needed, I simply remove it in editing.
Absolutely. Family portraits with you and your dog are included in every session, right alongside their solo shots.
